A jury convicted Omar Moreno of cocaine possession.*fn2 The trial court sentenced him to ten years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, assessed a $1,500 fine, suspended the sentence, and placed him on community supervision for ten years. In three issues, Moreno: (1) challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress; (2) asserts that the evidence used to convict him was the product of an illegal arrest; and (3) claims that the evidence was obtained through an illegal search and seizure. We affirm.
