Appellant was convicted bya jury for the offenses of murder and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. See TEX. PEN. CODE ANN. 19.02(b), 22.02(a) (Vernon 2000). As punishment for the murder and three assault convictions, the jury sentenced appellant to confinement terms of thirty years, seven years, three years, and three years, respectively, in the Institutional Divisionof TDCJ. In a consolidated appeal, appellant now raises four issues for review. For the reasons set out below, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
