Deborah Morgan sued Mack Anthony for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Anthony moved for summary judgment on the basis that there was no evidence that he acted intentionally, that his conduct was extreme or outrageous, or that Morgan suffered severe emotional distress. The trial court granted Anthonys motion, and the court of appeals affirmed. Because we hold that there is some evidence of the three elements of Morgans cause of action that are at issue, we reverse the judgment of the court of appeals and remand this case to the trial court.
